Having trouble receiving your reward after adding an Affiliate/Promo Code?

To unlock rewards, ensure all requirements in the "Free Perks" tab are completed:

• Log in via Steam and achieve Level 5 on Steam.
• Enter your Affiliate Code.
• Own CS2 on your Steam account.
• Join our Steam Group.
• Link your Discord account.
• Join our Discord server.

• If you’ve previously entered an affiliate code and received a reward, you are not eligible to claim the "Free 2.00 tokens" reward again.
• If a requirement isn’t showing as completed:
  

1. Click the orange refresh button to update your account status.
2. If refreshing doesn’t work, try logging out and back into your account.
