Refund Policy for FIAT deposits

Refunds are only available for unused account balances. Once the balance is partially or fully spent, a refund cannot be processed. We take unauthorized chargebacks or forced refunds seriously. Such actions will result in the permanent suspension of your account and may lead to legal action to protect our rights.
