Official Sweepstakes Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Introduction

CSBattle is an online entertainment platform offering both recreational gameplay and free sweepstakes promotions. Users can enjoy games for entertainment using CSBattle Credits, which carry no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for prizes.
Separately, participants may join free sweepstakes promotions using Free Coins and Sweeps Cash for the opportunity to win various prizes. Promotions generally run on an ongoing basis unless specific dates are announced.

2. Sponsor

All sweepstakes promotions on CSBattle are operated and administered solely by Nameless Ltd, the company behind the platform. No other entity is involved in the sponsorship or administration of these promotions.

3. Virtual Currency System

CSBattle maintains a dual virtual currency system:

• Free Coins are entertainment tokens intended solely for recreational gameplay. They have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, exchanged, or converted into cash, cryptocurrency, or any other item of value.
• Sweeps Cash are promotional sweepstakes tokens. These may be used to participate in sweepstakes gameplay and, subject to these Rules, redeemed for prizes. They cannot be purchased directly and hold no independent monetary value.

4. Eligibility

4.1. Sweepstakes promotions are open only to legal residents of permitted jurisdictions who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher). Participation is void where prohibited by law.
4.2. Restricted jurisdictions currently include California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington, and any others designated by the Sponsor from time to time.
4.3. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
4.4. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family or household members are ineligible to participate.
4.5. By participating, you fully and unconditionally agree to these Official Sweepstakes Rules and to the Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding.
4.6. A registered and verified CSBattle account is required to take part in any sweepstakes promotion.

5. Games and Features

CSBattle offers a variety of game modes for promotional play. Each game clearly displays the required stake, available prizes, and odds (where applicable). The Sponsor reserves the right to modify prize structures and winning odds at any time.

6. Obtaining Promotional Tokens

Users may receive Free Coins and Sweeps Cash through:

• Bonus rewards granted when purchasing CSBattle Credits.
• Participation in promotional campaigns, missions, daily bonuses, and special events.
• The free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) described below.

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

Eligible KYC-verified users in permitted U.S. jurisdictions may request promotional tokens without making a purchase by mailing a handwritten postcard or index card to the address listed on the website.
Each valid request will receive a designated number of tokens. Requests must include:

• Your full legal name;
• Registered email address;
• Username;
• User ID; and
• A statement confirming agreement to the Terms of Service and these Rules.

Only one request per envelope is permitted. All mail-in entries are subject to verification and may take up to 14 business days to process.

7. Play-Through Requirement

All Free Coins and Sweeps Cash must be played through at least once in eligible games before any winnings derived from them can be redeemed for prizes. This requirement applies regardless of how the tokens were obtained.

8. Using Promotional Tokens

Only gameplay using Free Coins or Sweeps Cash qualifies for prize redemption. The use of bots, scripts, automated tools, or any other unauthorized methods is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.

9. Verification of Winners

Potential winners are subject to verification by the Sponsor. You are not a winner until your eligibility and compliance with these Rules have been fully confirmed. The Sponsor may require identification documents, signed affidavits, tax forms, or other proof. Failure to complete verification will result in forfeiture of the prize.

10. Prize Redemption

• Prizes are only awarded after successful verification and fulfillment of all requirements.
• Eligible winnings may be redeemed as virtual items, cryptocurrency equivalents, or other options made available by the Sponsor.
• Minimum redemption thresholds may apply.
• You are responsible for all taxes, shipping, and other fees associated with prize receipt.
• Redemption frequency may be limited (e.g., one request per five-day period), and processing may take up to 30 days.
• Prizes are non-transferable. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value.

11. Publicity

By participating, you consent to the Sponsor's use of your username, name, likeness, and location for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

12. Responsible Gaming

CSBattle is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools including self-exclusion, cooling-off periods, and spending limits. Users who feel their participation may be becoming problematic are encouraged to use these tools and seek professional support.

14. General Provisions

These Official Sweepstakes Rules supplement the CSBattle Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at its discretion if required by law, fraud, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond its control. Continued participation after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Rules.
These Rules are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
