CSBattle is owned and operated by Nameless Ltd, registered under number 3-102-906507, with an office located at Av. Pastor Diaz, Provincia de Puntarenas, Jaco, 61101, Costa Rica. Nameless Ltd holds a Gaming Anjouan legal license under number ALSI-202408018-FI1. Payments are handled by Lannister Tech Ltd, registered under number HE 464825, with an address at Veroias 11, 2nd floor, Flat/Office 203, Strovolos, 2023, Nicosia, Cyprus.

These Terms govern your use of the CSBattle platform and outline both what we expect from you as a user ("You," "Your," "User," or "Users") and what you can expect from us.

Each user is limited to creating only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of all related accounts. CSBattle reserves the right to refuse or revoke access to the platform at its sole discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, please contact our support team immediately. CSBattle is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access unless you have informed us of the breach in advance.

5. Results and Winners

All contest results and winner determinations on CSBattle are powered by a decentralized solution for multiplayer games, using the EOS blockchain to ensure transparency and traceability. For local player games, we employ a public/private seed system that guarantees fairness and allows users to verify the legitimacy of each outcome. These systems ensure that every game is provably fair, and users can independently verify game results.

Additionally, all games on CSBattle are certified by iTechLabs, an independent auditing firm that has rigorously tested and approved our Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness. Our platform is also backed by a licensed gaming authority, further validating the integrity of all our games.

Because of these robust, verifiable systems, all game outcomes are final, and CSBattle has no need to manually intervene in determining results. However, in rare cases of technical issues or errors outside the scope of the fair systems in place, CSBattle reserves the right to make adjustments. In such cases, any corrections will be fully transparent and traceable through our decentralized system.

We may deny or revoke a user’s participation in any contest for any reason, particularly if there is evidence of abuse or illegal activity. If we determine that there has been improper behavior, fraudulent actions, or any form of misconduct, we reserve the right to suspend, disqualify, or ban the user involved.

6. Legal Dispute Resolution

By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to resolve disputes through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. This means that disputes will not be settled by a judge or jury, and you waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits. Arbitration will take place on an individual basis only.

If you are found in violation of any of these Terms, CSBattle reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, forfeit your participation in games, and void any winnings. CSBattle is not liable for any legal consequences arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts online gaming.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and materials on the CSBattle platform are the intellectual property of CSBattle and its licensors. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or modifying any content without our explicit permission.

8. Customer Support and Refunds

For any questions or issues, you can reach out to CSBattle's live support team, where moderators are available to assist with any problems or concerns. CSBattle does not offer refunds once virtual credits are purchased and assigned to your account.

If disputes arise regarding your transactions or account activities, please contact CSBattle support. While CSBattle will attempt to resolve any issues, refunds or cancellations are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

9. Vault System

The Vault System on CSBattle allows users to manage their in-game items and tokens securely. This feature enables you to store skins, tokens, and other virtual assets directly within the platform. With the Vault, users can quickly access stored items to create or join coinflip or jackpot games, or simply keep them for future use. Tokens can also be locked or stored for added security.

The Vault is designed to enhance the user experience by providing a centralized location for managing virtual assets, ensuring quick and easy access for gameplay or storage purposes.

10. Wallet and Balance

Users can add funds to their CSBattle Wallet in the form of platform-specific virtual credits. These credits are used exclusively for participating in games and activities on CSBattle , and they hold no real-money value outside of the platform.

Please note that credits purchased or earned on CSBattle are non-refundable once they have been added to your Wallet and confirmed. These virtual items are intended solely for in-platform use, allowing users to engage in the various games and features offered on the Website.

11. Payments

CSBattle processes all financial transactions through third-party payment systems, which handle deposits and withdrawals for users. While we do not disclose the specific payment processors here, you can rest assured that they meet industry standards for security and compliance. Payments and withdrawals related to skins, tokens, or other items traded via the platform are facilitated through trusted external systems and platforms.

Users should note that while we strive to make all transactions smooth and secure, CSBattle is not responsible for any issues arising from payment processor disputes. For any payment-related concerns, please reach out to CSBattle's support team for assistance.

12. Browsers/Equipment

By using CSBattle , you acknowledge that we may stop supporting certain web browsers at any time. To continue using CSBattle , you may need to install and use a browser that we support. Additionally, your experience on CSBattle will depend on the performance of your device and internet connection, and you are responsible for any fees, such as internet or data usage fees, that you may incur while accessing the platform.

You are required to register and sign in using your Steam account provided by Valve Corporation. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password. If you believe your account has been compromised, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately. Any activity that occurs under your account is solely your responsibility, whether performed by you or someone else.

13. Contests and Features

CSBattle offers a variety of contests and special features for users to participate in, each providing opportunities to win prizes. Our contests are free to enter, but the structure, rules, and scoring may vary from contest to contest. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any contest or feature at our sole discretion, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the rules for each contest before participating. Failing to adhere to the rules may result in disqualification or suspension of your account.

Winners are determined based on the contest’s specific guidelines, and our decision on contest results is final. CSBattle is not intended for any form of illegal gambling, and misuse of the platform in this manner will result in account suspension.

Additionally, CSBattle offers features like:

• Jackpot: players deposit skins into a collective pot. The value of each player's deposit determines their share of the total pot, and this percentage reflects their chances of winning. When the jackpot is rolled, a random winner is chosen, with higher contributions giving better odds of being selected. However, even with a smaller deposit, you still have a chance to win the entire pot of skins. A game tax may apply on the winnings.

• Coinflip: two players wager their skins by depositing items of roughly equal value. Each player picks a side of the coin, and once both deposits are made, a coin-flip animation is played to determine the winner. The winner takes home both their own skins and the opponent’s, making it a head-to-head battle for all the skins on the line. A game tax may apply on the winnings.

• Case Opening: you can open from one to five cases at a time, with each case containing items that have specific odds attached. These odds determine the value of the item you will receive.

• Case Battles: multiple players go head-to-head by opening cases (from Case Opening game-mode) with multiple rounds, either in teams, or against each other. The format changes depending on the mode: you could have a free-for-all, team openings, or multi-team battles. The winner(s) takes the total value of all the cases opened. Modes like Cursed and Terminal add extra parameters to the battle.

• Tower: you start at the bottom of the tower with the goal of climbing the highest by revealing as many good tiles as possible. The higher you go, the bigger your rewards. If you reveal the wrong tile, the game ends. You can decide to cash out and collect your winnings at any point after you revealing the first tile of the tower.

• Mines: based on the difficulty you choose, a certain number of mines are hidden behind tiles. Your goal is to pick as many safe tiles as possible without hitting a mine. The more tiles you reveal, the higher your reward. However, if you hit a mine, the game ends. You can decide to cash out and collect your winnings at any point after you revealing the first tile.

• Upgrader: based on the amount you want to wager and the item(s) you select, a percentage is displayed, showing your chances of winning the value of the chosen item. Once you proceed with the upgrade, an animation will play to reveal whether you've successfully upgraded to the selected item or failed the attempt.

• Rain Bonus: rewards active players by distributing credits every 30 minutes. To qualify, users must be at least level 10 or have completed KYC verification. Abuse of the Rain Bonus or any of these features will lead to account suspension.

14. Contest Prizes and Taxes

Prizes awarded through contests may take different forms, depending on the specific event. CSBattle does not allow the substitution or transfer of prizes, and all prizes are awarded as is, with no warranties implied or expressed. In cases where legal authorities challenge a prize award, CSBattle reserves the right to modify, revoke, or cancel the prize.

Mistakenly awarded prizes remain the property of CSBattle and may be withdrawn at any time. In the event that you receive and withdraw an incorrect prize, you will owe CSBattle the value of the erroneously attributed winnings. Contests may be canceled or modified at our discretion, and in such cases, all entry fees will be refunded.

15. Affidavit of Eligibility and Taxes

To claim certain prizes, you may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a liability release, or applicable tax forms within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize. If the prize notification is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable, CSBattle may choose to award the prize to another participant.

You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes associated with the receipt of a prize.

16. Prohibited Conduct

By using CSBattle , you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Providing false information during account creation or contest participation.
• Engaging in financial fraud, including unauthorized use of payment methods.
• Collaborating with others to manipulate contest outcomes.
• Violating contest rules or the platform’s terms.
• Using scripts, bots, or automated means to accumulate points or rewards.
• Tampering with the platform’s systems or security measures.
• Falsifying personal or payment information.
• Spamming or harassing other users.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the CSBattle systems.
• Using CSBattle for purposes other than its intended use, such as trading skins without playing games.
• Engaging in any abusive behavior, including exploiting rewards systems.

Users found to be in violation of these rules may face account suspension, disqualification from contests, or termination of their account. Additionally, CSBattle reserves the right to take further legal action if deemed necessary.

17. Termination

CSBattle reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our platform and services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms of Service.

Certain provisions within these Terms, by their nature, will continue to remain in effect even after termination, such as clauses related to ownership rights, disclaimers, indemnifications, and limitations on liability.

Your account can also be suspended or terminated immediately for any breach of these Terms, with no prior notice required. If your account is terminated, your right to access and use CSBattle will be revoked instantly. Accounts that have been inactive for more than 180 days may also be subject to suspension or termination at our discretion. Upon termination or cancellation of an account, users will lose access to all associated content and may forfeit their username. Additionally, if your account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, CSBattle reserves the right to apply any remaining funds toward administrative costs related to enforcing these rules. Should your account be suspended or terminated, you are required to adhere to all restrictions placed on your account.

18. DMCA and Copyright Monitoring

CSBattle reserves the right, but does not have the obligation, to monitor, edit, disclose, or remove content posted on the platform at any time for any reason, at our sole discretion. While we aim to maintain a safe environment, we cannot review every piece of content submitted to the website. If we are notified of content that potentially violates our Terms, we may investigate and decide whether to remove it. However, we do not assume responsibility for content posted by users or third parties, including defamation, obscenity, profanity, falsehoods, or inaccuracies.

In cases of copyright infringement, CSBattle may terminate access to users who infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted material has been used without your permission on CSBattle , you can notify us by providing the following information as required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA):

• A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

22. CSBattle Wallet

By adding funds to your CSBattle wallet, you agree that the credits you receive hold no real monetary value and are strictly for in-game use. These credits are non-refundable, and once the transaction is confirmed, no refunds will be issued.

23. Returns and Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds for digital products once an order has been confirmed and the product has been delivered. If you encounter any issues in receiving or using our products, we encourage you to contact us for support. 24. UI / Interface Errors

Any glitches or manipulations in the user interface do not entitle users to specific items. All outcomes on CSBattle are determined by our provably fair system, which ensures transparency and fairness. Users agree that results generated by this system are final, and any user interface errors do not grant the user the right to claim an item.

25. Bots and Steam API

Trade offer requests sent by our bots are subject to Steam Guard authentication. To complete a trade, the buyer must have had Steam Guard enabled on their smartphone for at least 15 days, as per Steam's requirements. This is a restriction set by Steam and not CSBattle. While the skins involved in the trade will not expire, the user must wait for the Steam Guard activation period to end before the trade can be finalized.

27. Governing Law; Disputes

Any questions or disputes regarding the construction, validity, enforcement, or interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus. Any legal matters arising from the use of CSBattle will also be resolved under the applicable laws of Cyprus.

28. Limited License

We grant all Users a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable personal license to access and use CSBattle for private, non-commercial purposes on a single computer or mobile device. Additionally, we provide a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable personal license for access to CSBattle's paid features and upgrades. This paid license is also intended solely for private, non-commercial use on one device. Please note that this license does not transfer ownership or title of any part of CSBattle. CSBattle, along with its licensors and service providers, retains all ownership rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, as described in this Agreement.

Users agree not to copy, distribute, or allow unauthorized access to CSBattle . Specifically, Users are prohibited from:

• Copying CSBattl , except where explicitly allowed by the license.
• Modifying, translating, or creating derivative works of CSBattle .
• Attempting to reverse engineer, disassemble, or gain access to CSBattle's source code.
• Removing, altering, or obscuring trademarks, copyrights, or other proprietary rights notices from CSBattle.
• Leasing, selling, or sublicensing access to CSBattle or its features to third parties.
• Bypassing or attempting to disable any security measures or restrictions in place on CSBattl .
• Using CSBattle for any unlawful purpose, including in connection with illegal gambling.

29. Other Intellectual Property Rights

All content on CSBattle, including technology, software, accounts, names, logos, graphics, music, and virtual goods, is owned or licensed by CSBattle and is protected by various intellectual property laws, including copyright, trade dress, and trademark laws. CSBattle does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.

Users may not, unless expressly permitted by this Agreement:

Reproduce, modify, or distribute any material from CSBattle.
Reprint or electronically reproduce content from CSBattle.
Provide copyrighted or proprietary content to CSBattlewithout permission from the owner.
Delete or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices from content on CSBattle.
Use any part of CSBattle or its content for commercial purposes.
Any unauthorized copying, modifying, or distributing of content from CSBattle may result in the termination of a User’s account and/or legal action. CSBattle reserves the right to take legal action, and Users agree to indemnify CSBattle against any illegal conduct via their account.

Trademarks
CSBattle owns or may register trademarks associated with its goods and services, including logos and graphics. These trademarks may not be used without prior written consent from CSBattle.

30. Rights of Publicity

By participating in CSBattle, you grant permission for CSBattle to use your username, statements, biographical information, and location (city and state) for promotional purposes. This includes using your information for advertising CSBattle contests and activities, worldwide and in perpetuity, across all forms of media without compensation or prior approval, unless otherwise prohibited by law. CSBattle reserves the right to announce winners and make public statements regarding contests at any time.

Ideas and Inventions
Any comments, feedback, or suggestions ("Ideas") submitted to CSBattle become the exclusive property of CSBattle. CSBattle is free to use, sell, exploit, and disclose these Ideas without restriction and without compensating you.

31. Conduct on Service

Users must not engage in illegal activity or violate these Terms while using CSBattle. Specifically, Users agree not to:

• Engage in any illegal activities, including gambling.
• Post content that is defamatory, offensive, obscene, or otherwise illegal.
• Threaten, harass, or intimidate other Users.
• Send unsolicited emails or spam to Users.
• Upload viruses or other harmful code to the platform.
• Use bots or other automated means to access or manipulate CSBattle.
• Misuse CSBattle's support system or make false claims.
• Create more than one account.
• Transfer or sell an account or its associated features.
• Engage in activities that violate the spirit of this Agreement.
• Any violations of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of the account, legal action, or other measures. If you witness inappropriate conduct or a violation of these Terms, you can * report it by sending evidence to contact@csbattle.com.

32. Limitations on Warranty and Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties
Users acknowledge that CSBattle is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CSBattle does not guarantee uninterrupted service, freedom from errors, or the absence of harmful elements like viruses or malware. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSBattle disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

CSBattle does not make any representations or guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or services provided through the platform. Opinions, views, and statements posted by third parties are not endorsed by CSBattle.

Limitations on Liability
CSBattle and its providers do not guarantee continuous access to the platform. You agree that CSBattle and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. In any case, CSBattle's liability will be limited to the amount you have paid for services on the platform.

Certain jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of warranties or limitations on liability, so these limitations may not apply to some Users.

33. Service and Maintenance

CSBattle conducts regular maintenance to ensure the platform’s security and integrity. During these periods, some or all of the platform’s features may be unavailable. CSBattle may modify or discontinue certain features without prior notice and without liability. Any issues encountered during maintenance or otherwise can be reported to contact@csbattle.com.

34. Disputes

In the event of a dispute between CSBattle and a User, both parties will first attempt to resolve the issue amicably within 30 days. If no resolution is reached, either party may seek legal recourse in the courts of Cyprus, which will have exclusive jurisdiction over the dispute.

Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Any unresolved disputes will be settled through binding arbitration under the streamlined Arbitration Rules of JAMS Inc. Arbitration will take place in Cyprus. By agreeing to arbitration, you waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

Arbitration will proceed individually, not as part of any collective or consolidated proceedings. CSBattle will cover administrative and arbitrator fees. Small claims court is an option for qualifying claims. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration process.

35. Withdrawal Rules

Coins must be fully wagered before they can be withdrawn in the form of prizes or cryptocurrency. Withdrawals are only allowed for the end user, not third parties. Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures are mandatory for crypto withdrawals originating from fiat deposits.

Any withdrawal request from free coins will still need to meet the following deposits requirements:
- **Skin withdrawals **require a minimum of 5 coins totally deposited or a completed KYC.
- Crypto withdrawals require a minimum of 10 coins deposited in the last 10 days.

36. General Provisions

Relationship of Parties
No joint venture, partnership, or agency relationship exists between Users and CSBattle. Users agree not to represent themselves as agents or employees of CSBattle. Additionally, this Agreement does not confer any third-party beneficiary rights.

Assignment
CSBattle may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement without the User's consent. Users may not assign or delegate their rights without prior written permission from CSBattle.

Force Majeure
CSBattle is not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond its control, such as acts of God, war, terrorism, network failures, or strikes.

Waiver and Severability
Failure by CSBattle to enforce any rights under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of those rights. If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, it will be modified to reflect the intent of the parties, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Entire Agreement
These Terms represent the entire agreement between CSBattle and Users, superseding all previous agreements. Any waiver or modification must be in writing and signed by CSBattle.
